Niki is a Registered Massage Therapist who believes massage is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and make time for yourself. She takes a personalized approach to each treatment, adapting every session to how you are feeling and what your body needs that day. Her treatment style combines therapeutic and relaxation techniques, with a focus on reducing muscle tension, relieving stress, improving mobility, and supporting overall well-being. Niki also has additional training in cupping, Gua Sha, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), which may be incorporated into treatment when appropriate. She strives to create a warm, calming, and restorative experience so clients leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well cared for.
